This policy explains how Parabellum Systems handles information when you use the Ward mobile application or this website.

Ward works without an account. We do not ask you to register, and we do not build a profile of you.

2. Camera and Microphone

Ward requests camera and microphone access only to provide its detection features. Input is analyzed while the relevant feature is active and is processed on your device.

Raw camera and microphone input is not uploaded to Parabellum Systems servers and is not shared with third parties.

3. Location and Sensors

Ward may use compass, motion and approximate location data to show direction and map features. This data is processed on your device and is not uploaded to Parabellum Systems servers.

4. Permissions

Camera, microphone and location access is managed by the iOS and Android permission systems, and Ward requests a permission when the corresponding feature is first used.

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.

5. Data Retention

Camera, microphone and sensor input analyzed while a feature is active is not stored as a recording and is not retained by Parabellum Systems.

Support correspondence and necessary transaction records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer your request and to meet security, accounting or legal obligations.

6. Purchases and Support

Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. We may receive transaction identifiers and subscription status, but not your full payment card details.

When you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send, and we use it to answer your request.

7. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Information may be handled by platform and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate Ward, process purchases, deliver this website or comply with law.

8. Third-Party Services

Ward does not include analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or other third-party tracking SDKs.

App distribution and subscription billing are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on your device and store settings, these platforms may make crash or diagnostic information available to us.

This website loads resources from hosting, content-delivery and font providers, including Google Fonts. Those providers may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser type and request time. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we handle. However, no electronic system or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Ward is not designed for children. The app’s official age rating is shown on its Apple App Store and Google Play product pages.

11. User Rights

Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data about you, or information about how it is processed.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated when Ward changes or to reflect new legal requirements. The effective date above always shows the current version, which is also available within Settings → Legal → Privacy Policy and at warddetect.com/privacy.html.
